Lost and Found Policy and Procedures Please make sure you have all your personal belongings before saying goodbye to the driver to insure you are not missing any items. "It is the passenger's responsibility to collect all personal belongings before leaving the vehicle" All items left in the vehicles by the passengers will be returned to the office by the drivers. It is the passengers responsibility to arrange retrieval of the item by contacting our office during office business hours. Mon - Fri 02:00 PM to 8:00 PM (PST) Green Ride will not DELIVER any lost item to passengers for free.
